Nice to hear from you again. As buying in I think you will be ok before the PR. All your other questions are still up in the air. Shares will be restricted untill SEC form is completed time line on that ?? A good buy? For me thats a hard question to answer with all that was done in the past with DB it is hard to trust a penny stock however I've been on every CC and I have a good feeling on James Owens. He seems to me to be a hard working person who wants to do things the right way. I'm sure this process is over his head like it would be for most, however he seems to be getting the right advice. It seems this is taking longer than anticipated. The bottom line is James O is the main person, you would have to believe in his plan for the future and in him. For many we are stuck with what we have in your case are you willing to lose more money or roll the dice again? Good Luck
