TADF is listed in OTCMarkets as OTCQB which is the middle tier of the OTC market. OTCQB companies report to the SEC or a U.S. banking regulator. The fact that they are listed this high in the OTCmarkets exchange gives me further confidence in the integrity of this company and suggests to me that uplisting after the merger a likely or logical possibility.
