I'm not sure that anyone has a good explanation. I've been too busy with another stock of mine, that I've not been paying attention to CYBT(E) for a while.

They've got some oil, and they've got internet phones that use VOIP.

Outside of that, your guess is as good as mine. Sorry I couldn't be any more help.
