Between a lawyer who drinks, even to the point of being an alcoholic fall-down drunk and an officer of the court who repeatedly breaks the law by driving drunk with a suspended licence to the point that the court states that his flagrant disregard for the law:
calls into question his integrity as an officer of the court and his fitness to represent clients."
Lets see, NWGC's old lawyer was banned from practicing in front of the SEC and his current lawyer has been suspended for flagrantly breaking the law and ignoring multiple court orders. Would you hire either of these people?
What does it say about a company that only seems to have this ilk of lawyer working for them?
Then again, with NWGC CEO Robert Talbot's record (see my previous posts) what decent, respectable lawyer would want him as a long-term client?
