Agreed, but I am not certain that they are trading back and forth below par value. It appears as if large blocks are being bought to be sold at par value. But you are correct who knows how far below these trades are occurring below par value. I just assume at least .00009 since it is the most logical in sequence of trading since the action is at .0001.
