Talked to TDAmeritrade and Zecco about transfering my Pele stock to them from my Scottstrade account.

Last week TD was trading the stock. This week the TD broker said they are no longer trading PELE until the lock is lifted.

ZECCO said that I could not transfer "Pink Sheets Stocks" from Scottrade- but they would be able to put in any PELE buy orders if I opened a new account with them.
