1st qtr 2011 financials due by may. If they have strong 1st quarter earnings plus the earnings from 2010; anything is possible. increase stock price or maybe a buyout from a major company who needs a presence in Brazil and China(Emerging markets). Either way this spells. CCTR GOING HIGHER $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
