Did you look at the 10-k.


Would that be the same 10-K that, in your own inimitable way, you so adamantly claimed was irrelevant recently?

Huge net operating losses, and a mess to clean up


Excuse me? Huge net operating losses? The shell, as you so often like to point out, racked up a total net loss of $121,363 for the year ending Dec. 31, 2010. That was down 37% from the net loss of $195,107 for the previous year.

And there wasn't any surprise about the losses, given that the company was current in its filings before the reported change of control and subsequent proposed RTO.

They committed not knowing what skeletons were in the closet.


If that were true -- and there is no evidence in the 10-K to support that claim, or for your claim that they found a bunch of (expletive deleted) that had to be dealt with -- it certainly doesn't bode well for the quality of management, does it?
