As of December 31, 2004, the Company employed 34 persons, of which 16 are located at the Company's headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida, 8 at the Company's Lisle, Illinois office, 8 at the Company's Calgary, Alberta, Canada office, and
2 remote employees. None of the Company's employees are represented by a labor union or bound by a collective bargaining agreement. The Company believes that its employee relations are good."
