Additionally I object to your characterization of 'biased'. I propose that when an accused and convicted thief and crook behaves in a manner entirely in character with his past history, it is the unbiased observation that recognizes the pattern. Only those with a biased expectation or assumption of goodwill can suggest otherwise.
