Warning! In all likelihood, this is a penny share-selling scheme and/or a shell for spit-swapping with HQNT, a la Quotient Capital, which has the same phone number.
(This is IMO, but I've never been wrong when issuing such a warning.)

Try to verify the existence of a customer.
Try to verify fortrex isn't vaporware.
Try to find out the share count/market cap.

Absent verification, run away!
