From the DD that I have done, and many conversations with people involved with CBIS, they have chosen their path with the topical oil. This is what they will be submitting for FDA trials and this is what they have decided to move forward with in all of their efforts. Now, this does not mean that you will not see more products coming from CBIS in the future.

This being said......and I have stated this before.....I believe that CBIS is going to be the main producer and distributor of the Rick Simpson oil. And not just domestic.....international. CBIS might have lost connection with Rockbrook....big deal. There is a line of literally 100's of places that can grow the product for them in order to produce the oil. Have you seen how much product it takes to produce that stuff? Let's just say its a lot. You would need a VERY large space to grow this quantity of MJ. Something like a 9500 sq. ft. building.......maybe??? Someone go take a peek in there and tell me if you see something that resembles the Amazon.....then we are on to something HUGE!!! Even if they aren't growing now, Phoenix Tears also has lights......BING!!!

Bottom line...if Phoenix Tears and CBIS is a GREAT partnership.

Now for a bit of the negative side.....

Funding.....I think they are broke. But I do think that this partnership presents a huge revenue stream. It's a race against time in this scenario.

Management.....Appoint a CEO that knows what it is to be a CEO. Bob is a great Dr. and nobody will argue with that. Let him do his thing and get someone at the helm that knows how to treat investors.

Follow through....If they talk about it....DO IT! Follow up on EVERY initiative that you start. Even if you come back and say "unfortunately we will not be following through with the divy.....blablabla". Leaving things hanging is unacceptable.

This is only my understanding and speculation from the information I have been given and found.
