The address of Oakbridge is not important. So what if it winds up being a tent in a field somewhere. That just isn't important info to base your investment on!

Realtime being a flop so far? Not important now that we have a goldmine! Forget about the core business! We gots a gold mine man! Unproven production so far but hey! WE GOT A GOLDMINE!

The DTCC issue? Don't worry about that. Once that's resolved we will see a flock of buying here! There will be so much buying it will make youe eye's spin!!! Wait a minute, if the DTCC issue allows people to buy through brokerage's, does it also not let people sell also??? Hmmmmmmmmm

Again, that stuff is not important. Remeber, the company is 100% up front with you. They will absolutely let you know after the event takes place that they had to dilute the market with shares to pay bills.
