hey belgin, not everyone that is invested in TADF reads this board, and as you can see, not that many people read or post on this board, the average investor may not be armed with our knowledge. Its pretty evident by the fact that TADF only trades 10 - 15 million shares on avg. The merger is done, we have known this for a few months, with all the research that everyone has posted. BUt i think they wont officially announce it until the extension is over and their 10-k is released. Maybe sometime next week. It has risen quite a bit percentage wise, as of three weeks ago. its gone from .0009 to .003. The stock is behaving beautifully in my opinion, its not crashing, and this steady uptrend is keeping it from being way to overbought. Slow and steady, these guys have been working at this for years to put forth an incredible business model that will bring shareholder wealth for years. GLTA
