I think you are right Spade; the way this has all been put together, will lead you to believe that contracts/service agreements have been awarded and are contingent upon the execution of this merger. Otherwise why else would Tac-air have added so many aircrafts to their portfolio in the pastr month; If you look at the pr's for the last year you will find that these two entities have been working together to land some major contracts. THe pieces have finally come together. GLTA
