LOI to plan and develop a 200 acre destination resort!

LAGUNA HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - 01/10/11) - MC Endeavors, Inc. (Pinksheets:MSMY - News) announced its subsidiary CENTIUUM Holdings Asia has received a Letter of Intent from ILSANG Marine Industries Co., Ltd. of South Korea to master plan and develop a 2500 acre (9.8 Sq Km) destination (GREEN) resort to be located in the government free enterprise zone (GFEZ) of the Hwayang Region on the coast of the Southern Province of Jeollanam-Do.

Richard Sohn, COO of MC Endeavors and Centiuum Asia, stated, "The client's goal is to build the first destination resort that truly maximizes renewable energy resources and minimizes energy consumption. Besides using the natural resources of solar, wind and ocean currents, we will incorporate rain water retention and storage systems as well as sewage and grey-water recycling technologies." Mr. Sohn went on to say that, "The project will include a new marina, a spa resort hotel, a lodge with villas & apartments, a sports center, an aquatics center, an equestrian center, a retail & entertainment village, and the development will be 'car-free' using non-gasoline powered public transportation."
