I appreciate (really) the fact that you will grant that I did not manufacture the article I referenced in my previous post. I have sent an email off to IR of Pivotal to verify that they did only purchase 61% of the debenture. I will certainly post any response I receive in its entirety.

Thanks again for taking the time to look into what I posted instead of deleting it, or going for the ever popular personal attacks...... seriously.
