Neah actually has good ideas in battery storage, but, it never really caught on and dwells in the land of the pennies.
ELCR has just done a major dilution of shares. This is a death spiral. I suspect that this is the reason for companies embedded within companies. Once the financiers are finished unloading the billions of shares, I wouldn't doubt it won't be able to make good on its agreements with partner Liberty LLC and will give Liberty INC up. There may be other back room deals. Who knows.
IMO: ELCR is done. Come on, pump and dump. This stock is a lotto ticket.
