I would suspect they are registering part of the A/S so they can sell...dump...PIPE...to use to pay for something as they have no money right now, nor do they have anything of substancial value to use as collateral to bring in additional investors/investments.
They have to have something of value to back a request of 125/175 million worth of investment dollars...think some institution would hand out that kind of money without some major guarantees?? Don't think so, there is more behind the story that you know!
I have a very very difficult time believing pinhead is moving this company into a position to become profitable for the SHAREHOLDERS.
This has been in the works for a few years...little did we know. And is now coming to completion. This kind of stuff doesn't just happen overnight, fall in your lap, nor is just hype PR'ing. And hell no...the man will make himself rich and we little share holders that hold very little in this company will tag right along behind him...
I have unfortunatley been involved with pinhead/PGPM/ACLY for around 6 years now, and he has moved the company (PGPM)and pps in one direction only....and it most certainly isn't up. The consensus is still out on ACLY.
I have been here for a long time as well....a little less than you and bought PGPM up around .0035 with my initial investment and have averaged down to where I am green at .0005. Played a few of the spikes with a portion and am ahead in money with regards to investment here! ACLY dividend shares are free and green!
If he does by some chance make this work and we see a profit, I will be one happy camper as I am dumping everything I have in hopes of at least breaking even. His inate ability to drop PR's that would make a 6th grader cringe lends to my suspicions that his "experience and knowledge" is much less than a qualified and seasoned executive of any stature.
Every dog has his day, hope you break even and it doesn't look like he is writing the PR's anymore! Everyone will be happy campers that have stuck both these stocks out!!!
