I don't know where you are coming up with your assumptions, but it has been made very clear by Mr Owens and Mr DiGenova that the merger shall be completed and pr'd even as soon as this week and based on yesterdays blog on centaflix.com/news, it would appear (unless I am missing something here) that the shares will NOT be restricted.
