Dead wrong across the board.

(1) Most plastic is landfills is industrial plastic.

(2) The processor doesn't "require" high grade plastic. I personally witnessed a ton (literally) of milk jug pieces get processed into fuel, the very plastic you said they don't use.

(3) Until the processor is available on the shelves of Walmart, the lack of patents aren't exactly a concern -- pretty hard to steal the the design of something that you can't even see. The 5+ patents will be filed soon in the mean time.
