Doc, at this point, I just do not believe anything said about this company in press releases. They were lying about all the projected sales in 2010. At one point, the CEO said they were going to sell 28,000 test kits in 2010.

As for the licensing of CIT, that became a joke after I discovered the fact that a Canadian court had ordered RPC to assign all rights to CIT back to AcuVector. How can something be licensed that you don't even own?

If you read the SEC filings, you will also notice that most of that bogus information is not in the SEC filings. NOTHING at all has ever been stated about any order from India nor about any government program in India.

Why do you think that is? Is there really any government program in India or is it all just an attempt to obtain a government program? I think the latter is the case. There may never be any government program in India.

There are indeed other sales agreements published in the SEC filings but anything from India is totally absent. Why?
