The MM's are NOT dropping the PPS. Stocks rise & fall on supply & demand based on buys vs sells and price friction which is the amount of price movement the PPS absorbs determined by the # of outstanding shares. That is why you'll occasionally see a red close when buys outnumber sells and visa versa. It's a common trick to blame MM's for any adverse price movements when it's those same people perpetuating that nonsense who are the ones usually dumping shares....GL....ddk
