Uh...Humpback, are you new to this board? (no offense intended)

"OPHI" which is the new start up company as of Dec 2010 has performed a 2-year audit which included a very questionable prior company "AMSZ" that was bought out just months back. So, they are likely having to go through a lot of whatever crud was going on during the AMSZ operation. OPHI accounting firm is putting on the final touches to the audit at this point. Release coming soon...relax.

I received email responses today by COO Alan stating progress is being made, but it has been rough to get everything right. Patience...it's coming. This is a real company with a very bright future.
