That is what it says.

As far as what shell is being used, I have no clue,(for a long time this was said to be "the one", but now?) and I guess it only matters to those who bought or wish to buy shares in the shell before news hits.

I just couldn't figure out where the info that 25% of the shell is already owned by shareholders comes from. It must be the O/S numbers, but considering how easy it is to make that 25% holding less than 1/2%, I don't see why that point would matter.
