Uplisted?? Snicker! I would hardly call it uplisted. In any event, it's amazing what you can learn by actually reading filings like the 10-K.

On October 5, 2007, our shares began trading on FINRA’s Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (the “OTC Bulletin Board”) under the symbol
“SLMU.”. As of August 12, 2010, our shares ceased trading on the OTC Bulletin Board and have since traded on the OTCQB.
