babycakes that's a big price to pay for a single technology (embolic filter) in a relatively small market. BIPH's technology has much greater reach than RMDC's...and BIPH says their first agreement stretches across several products in several markets....I would think BIPH could get a much bigger piece of the pie! It also seams like it could be very complicated defining terms for various products across various divisions, so I am patient with the expanded timeline.
