Must not understand too much about business!?!

We are a revenue generating business with lots of potential which has increased.

Yes we are waiting for gold mine. You don't just acquire a stake in a mine that is in process of finalizing all applicable permits and just expect to pull gold out of the ground. I am more excited about future financing from this deal.

It's easy to talk smack about a company that is not moving right now as far as share price.
