Everyone agrees QASP has been and is dead. QASP shares are basically worthless. Why is he holding out for the QASP shareholders to exchange worthless shares for Centacom shares. He has already given Jeff the CEO position. Did Jeff exchange his shares? Owens has given Jeff's son a VP position in charge of IR. So why not give the QASP shareholders their Centacom shares without an exchange? The TA is the recordholder of QASP shareholders. The TA can tell Owens who owns exactly what. Seems pretty simple.

If it adds value to the common shareholders I don't care if Jeff gets a seat on next year's American Idol...

I can imagine that some people are scratching their heads trying to put all the pieces together right now...but I am sure Jeff/James have thrown away the picture of the puzzle...we will all seen soon!!!
