You need specific gravity of the material, to get that .... rough guess - 2.6 ... using that you'd divide the .68 by it, and get .2615g/t .. where 't' = 'tonne' not 'ton' ..... it's a lot easier to keep with metric in all respects until you get to the marketing of the fine ounce, imho

It depends ... on many factors, as i'm sure you realise ... my guess - more than usd75/oz, even using the most limited definition of 'cash costs', which are of course not the only costs a company faces

It depends ... on even more factors -g- .... among which, is the market capitalisation you're starting from
