You might want to look into what happened the other times they said no dilution.
Also the pictures from visits always show lots of wood all ove rthe place and some machines running. Guess what. They have since 2000 when the company opened. They do still sell about 1.5 million a year. They sell it at cost or below (they even admit this publicly).
How legit does that sound? You have to ask yourself, why would they publicly admit that they sell things at or below cost, but still try and present these deals in PR's and web updates as some new great thing?
The answer is simple, no matter what *some* may say, lol.
