I'm sorry to be the devil's advocate especially with all the great energy and motivation in the room, but the fact that Cornucopia Investment Fund Limited is listed on the BVI cancellation list is bugging me? I sent an email to the Brits about it and I will post their explanation. Any thoughts on this?

Also, I cannot find Cornucopia with a current license anywhere on that BVI website.

The only information I saw posted about the financing was on yahoo (no offense yahoo), has anyone seen any official articles that I have not confirming this financing deal is legitimate?

Any information would be comforting, I have much invested in TADS and I'm simply trying to get the warm and fuzzy. This still looks to be the deal of the century but we have to work until the deal is done!
