Fast Eddie - I don't know how it's possible - but if you look at the history of the Art Channel "acquisition" you'll discover that Eddie and a partner started and owned Art Channel, ran it into the ground, then sold the basically worthless company to Artfest for shares and cash - of course leading to more selling dilution. There's never exposure to the share holders until the deal is completed. With Eddie, his sister, his brother in law and his wife as " the board " and the major stockholders they can do anything they want.all we can do is read about it later and watch our accounts go south.
