Still does not answer the question, Why would you expect a higher PPS without any information. Original comment was about the PPS not reaching .02

From the PR, they will test a area move to another and slowly bring the other dredges online. But, hey they are pulling stuff out of the ground so they are in production. Fine, where is the PR about what they have pulled in the last few weeks and that all 3 dredges are operational...
