I have not followed what has happened in any recent months, but I know the NY Post settled out on behalf of its journalists, leaving Patch and his friend as the hanging threads against whom actions are still pending.

I wonder what moron wrote such a blatant lie - and it now before a Judge. imagine that, the NY Post settled and yet the settlement doesn't show up on the books of SPNG but what does show up in a court filing is that Moscowitz has filed a "stipulation of discontinuance with prejudice".

You really have to wonder how many drinks this person had before they wrote this piece of comedy.

I wonder, did all this happen before or after Heller stopped working for SPNG - IN JUNE!!!!
