What the hell is an "RM"?

"Reverse Merger?" So what.. is Mr. Vakser planning to buy Artfest with one of his new worthless shell penny stocks? If so, then where's the money for this transaction coming from... a secret stash offshore perhaps? Just askin' because the esteemed CEO can't seem to lift ARTS out of sub/ micro-penny oblivion. And investors don't exactly seem to be flocking to his amazing, money making 'opportunities.' Can someone enlighten me?
