JUST SOME INFO
I live in Upper Westchester but have a son who lives out in LI. PASO is about two hours from my home so with the help of my son I intended to take a ride to see the company. I called several times without a response until this morning. Being a retired guy who likes to sleep till after 9 AM, I was awakened at 8:45 AM by Bruce Weitzberg. We spoke for over 15 minutes. He was very nice to speak to and unfortunately I was half asleep and failed to ask him some of the questions I was interested in. He told me that he was sorry for the low price of the stock, but he felt that it was undervalued. The company is on the right track and very good things are happening. Six months ago I had a hip replacement done and the Visiting Nurse Service came to the house to set me up for PT. I watched her fill out these endless forms by pen and the thought came to me that this would be the perfect fit for the PASO pen. Bruce told me that they had just been in touch with VNS or NY. His whole conversation with me was a positiive one. He said his goal was to increase shareholder value, not only for me but for his family and friends who had originally paid Fifty Cents at the IPO. "I want to make them whole", was an exact quote.
Today there was 1,050,400 shares traded. I bought 1 million of them. He invited me to the LI facility but said that there were only offices there. The production oof the pens was done in Eur.
He also said to call him anytime I had a question. I'm sure that goes for any stockholder. Anyway, that was my excitement for today.
