yup i read his membership thanks calculate for us how many shares we need to have 50%+ for James... and since we are in the float of the new shell plz give a example if you can of if float is 350mil then 22% is 77mil shares of non restricted stock...then if it is 1/10 then 770million shares to cover 22% of XXXX shell
if float is 400mil shares.. then 22% is 888mil shares and james would then own over 50%....
