In my opinion, the shareholder's best bet for the recovery of their money would be to sue Jerry Williams and CDIV, but don't tarry or dilly-dally about. The early bird gets the worm and rumor has it that Williams has already been served with legal papers (perhaps more than one or two times already)

Once that plane and house money is gone, chances of recovery will be mighty slim since he is known to have been stashing money in offshore brokerage accounts. (the house is in the name of First in Awareness LLC -- which should also be attached to any lawsuits)
