A corporation is constrained by the laws of the state in which it was incorporated. The fact that there are two different states involved in your statement defines two different and separate entities.

It is not clear that Colorado and Fl IWS are really different.



Unless Colorado and Florida are different names for the same state (LOL) it is perfectly clear that the two versions of IWS are not the same.
