I see you are working the Hypocrite angle now.
What gives? Before, you relentlessly attack Maestro for making unwarranted specualtion.

You are equally as guilty if not more.

You have ZERO proof that 10 billion new shares were issued. You have no idea who invested the money.

For all we know it very well could be Mark Meller himself along with Jeff Roth. It would make sense considering Jeff Roth has gone on a public forum stating that NO CONVERTIBLE DEBT remains.

I don't think Roth is going to jeopardize his job by lying on Twitter about a private placement loan.
