But the question that is brought up is,
With the new symbol and [probably] retrictions on selling shares how would there be a trading float without dilution with a clean shell?
The Chief will prob. swap 90% and keep 10% for suvioniers cause Owens has to have a long term plan for QASP otherwise he would not be so foolish to do this and QASP [IMO] will not go down to .0001 due to there SHOULD be no change in the A/S and Owens would hold a MAJOR portion of the trding float for this stock..
