I hate to stink up this board but i have found some nightmarish news from Bloomberg Businessweek @Bloomberg.com. I say this after loosing 56k from the snake oil salesmen mentioned in conjunction with Bloomberg info on Pharmstar.
Through the scams of Dennis McLaughlin, Christopher Chambers, AKA "Kit" Chambers, Tabor Wetz, Tim Shell and Jeff Skillen that go back many years stealing from investors like me with company after company with spinoff after spinoff with no remorse. They make Bernie Madof look like an ice cream salesman.
Go to Bloomberg Businessweek @Bloomberg.com. put in PHARM as your search. It gives you a chance under "people, ownership" to then click on the names that arise their relationships with executives/board affiliations. You will find these scam artist mentioned as prominent players in PHARMSTAR. I dont understand. I was assured by investor relations that there was no people involved from Bigstar and the many sham companies the above mentioned group have been involved in, whether behind the scene or up front.Also this site claims no involvement. Anyone like me as a potiential investor see this info and run. Ive already invested some and was going higher but will hold off for answers to this posting.
Is this fraud? Is this incorrect info at Bloomberg? Im looking for an explanation. Too many foggy areas.. It shows Corporate address for Pharmstar the same as Bigstar from years ago. Where did Pharmstar work out of. It shows the now private company Bigstar as holding a recievable note from Pharmstar Pharmaceuticals. How much is that note from a liability standpoint? These are legitimate questions that all need to know, especially when you research the names mentioned above and there scams. Just go to EVFN on this site and you will see what im speaking of .
I hope i can get the answers about this. I ,until this finding have really been impressed. HELP!!!!!
