They told me the shares were already issued for the merger. Then someone shows me the filing for the merger shares and it says something completely different than what I was told. So I asked about it. That's all. Obviously, a lot of people knew about this and were just riding this until the cat got out of the bag. That's two of these I got sucked into on BS DD the last week.
