25 days and no update.....people are telling me the first deal fell through and second deal not even close to being signed yet. might be a good one after the summer slow down in the pennies is over. They never even had a definitive signed agreement on first deal. They said very soon for news almost a month ago and now nothing. Looks bad right now.


Mr. Douglas Bender, CEO of HyPower, commented that "we were a little too aggressive in our hopes of releasing the details of one of the acquisition candidates this week. However, we are very close to a Definitive Agreement and believe that the first acquisitions name and particulars will be released very soon.
