"The company is in final stages of negotiations and intends to announce acquisitions of its Chilean concessions by the end of the first quarter with quick plans to up list to the OTC-BB market."

Of course, made though Marketwire, the announcement vehicle of choise by the cons behind this scheme. But if it's the real deal as many of you have screamed out between the "I'M GOING TO BE RICH!!!!!!!!!" yelling, why now 21 days after the end of the first quarter, have we not at minimum seen an excuse as to the delay? Wouldn't that be prudent?
