Which has been the case for almost 2 years now, Some evil force out there has reasons to keep this artifically low. Have to go back to when SDVI was over a buck back 2006, shorties have killed it, they have been trading ghost shares for a very long time now, my guess is if they keep it low, they will never have to bite the bullet on the ghost shares they are trading, But if he does the buyback with a dividend, OUCH, it will be shortie hell!
