We would all like a status report but I dont think management is keeping quiet just for the fun of it or that they basically dont care anymore: if the latter is true then it means they know its all over and they are in deep trouble.
More likely I think the discussions with the SEC and/or financial reporting are still ongoing and they are either restricted or consider it unwise to report at this stage: if that is true then that means it is going well, it is going badly, it is going nowhere....we just dont know.
However, the fact that the stock still trades, on the grays, means there is still life and the SEC hasn't terminated that life....yet.
Nobody likes uncertainty but we will just have to live with it a little bit longer.
