Why it's tanking?

I was reviewing my own DD. I found that WSRA doing the 43-101 for Gold Basin mine which is owned by another company called Pine Creek Mining, Inc.. So WSRA providing the technical services. I will be happy to see them mining some gold. They may setup JV and move Gold Basin into production. Let's hope for a bounce off soon.
