I have flipped ELTP a few times to double back down to a bigger position in the past, but I am holding now.

It seems to me that when you get a stretch without news, get ready because big news comes quickly. Although we are not seeing buyers accumulate steadily as though there are some insiders purchasing. This may be that they are holding strong from lower positions.

One thing is good, volume is strong on this stock. ELTP has opened some eyes and when news comes, IMO this thing will jump.
